Using this website
The information on this website introduces RR OCEAN CARGO SHIPPING And Freight Forwarder and its freight coordination services. General guides do not replace shipment-specific advice or official customs and regulatory requirements.
Quotes and bookings
A quote request is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking or contract of carriage. Service availability, carrier acceptance, rates, excluded charges, cargo requirements, and booking terms must be confirmed separately in writing before cargo is dispatched.
Transit and tracking
Transit estimates are indicative and may change with vessel schedules, transshipment, inspections, weather, or clearance. The tracking page shows operational milestones entered by staff; it does not represent a live vessel GPS service.
Cargo information
Provide accurate descriptions, dimensions, weights, values, ownership details, and any regulated or hazardous characteristics. Do not send sensitive identity documents through the quote form. Our team will confirm an appropriate process if further documents are needed.
Questions
Contact our team for the terms applicable to a particular shipment. These website terms do not set carrier liability limits or replace the contract governing the booked service.
